The prices of the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro have appeared online. The standard device will cost at least 719 euros, the Pro variant 919 euros. That is a significant price increase compared to the previous device.

The unannounced phones briefly appeared online at Slovakian sales Alza.sk, Winfuture discovered. The pages there have since been taken offline again. The cheapest version of the phones is the OnePlus 8 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which costs 719 euros. There is also a more expensive variant with more working and storage memory, which is 100 euros more expensive. The cheapest Pro variant costs 919 euros, with a more expensive variant of 100 euros more. Alza’s site showed two prices per telephone, each with a difference of ten euros. The price would be ‘depending on the country’.

The phones are with their prices a lot more expensive than the original prices of the predecessors. For example, the OnePlus 7T cost 599 euros, and the 7T Pro 759 euros. Probably the biggest price difference is in the fact that the phones support 5G. OnePlus CEO Pete Lau previously warned that the devices would become more expensive due to their 5G support. The device will be officially announced on April 14 during a live stream. The probable specifications of the devices are already largely known. For example, the OnePlus 8 has a Snapdragon 865 processor, 8 or 12GB of RAM, a 4510mAh battery and a 48MP camera.
