The company does not yet want to disclose exactly which GPU is in the notebook, but this is probably a high-end card from Nvidia’s Maxwell series, Engadget writes. Nvidia is expected to release the GeForce GTX 880M, GTX 870M and GTX 860M for gaming laptops in the near future, but it is not clear which models are actually based on Maxwell and which are rebrands. MSI does not only supply the GS60 Ghost Pro with a resolution of 2880 by 1620 pixels: there are also models with a full-HD screen.

The notebook is 19.5mm thick and weighs 1.99kg. The most powerful processor that can be used is an Intel Core i7 and there is room for three msata drives, which can also be determined as HDDs or SSDs. Prices start at 1499 euros and the maximum price of the laptop is 2199 euros, depending on the configuration. The laptop will go on sale worldwide from the end of March.
