MMD is releasing two full HD monitors in the Philips E line with a 144Hz-va panel and FreeSync support. It is a 24 “model and a 27” variant, both with a height-adjustable base. The monitors will be released at the end of November.

Both monitors have a va panel with a maximum brightness of 350cd / m², a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The gray-to-gray response time is 4ms and the mprt value is 1ms according to the manufacturer. The Philips E-line 242E1GAEZ version has a contrast ratio of 3500: 1 and the larger 272E1GAEZ variant has 3000: 1.

Both monitors have a panel with a relatively large color gamut. The 24 “version displays 125.9 percent of the sRGB color space and the 27” version is 121.9 percent. The two MMD monitors are nearly identical to the previously released 272EGAJ and 242E1GAJ. Those variants have panels with the same specifications, but no adjustable base. The GAJ versions of 24 “and 27” are in the Pricewatch for 169 and 199 euros. According to MMD, the new AEZ variants will be released at the end of November for suggested retail prices of 189 and 239 euros.
