Minecraft gets Star Wars DLC with twelve planets, skins and soundtrack

Developer Mojang has announced a new dlc for Minecraft. Minecraft Star Wars DLC gives players, among other things, player and monster skins from the Star Wars universe. Mojang has looked at the original trilogy and the series The Mandalorian for the DLC.

According to Mojang, the Star Wars DLC includes a map consisting of twelve planets. These include planets such as Tatooine and Hoth. The Death Star can also be visited. According to the video below, players can fly between the planets in hyperspace in, for example, X-wings and TIE Fighters.

The DLC also receives extra skins, for the player, enemies and objects, among other things. Various characters from the first three films and The Mandalorian can be seen, including The Child from the TV series. and droids like R2-D2. The user interface will be adapted for the package and the dlc will contain music from the Star Wars soundtrack. The Star Wars dlc is available for purchase now through the Minecraft Catalog for 1340 Minecoins. A package of 1720 Minecoins costs eleven euros, 3500 coins cost twenty euros. It is not the first time that Minecraft is getting Star Wars dlc, although previously it was only about skin packs.
