LG has started sales of the rollable Signature Oled R television in its home country of South Korea. The retail price of the rollable 65 “television, of which LG already showed a prototype in 2018, is 100 million Korean won, equivalent to 74,500 euros.

LG sells the Signature Oled R, model RX, in seven stores in South Korea. It is not known how many copies the manufacturer has produced. Buyers can have their name or other message engraved on the aluminum retainer of the retractable screen and choose from four colors for the wool cover of the speakers: black, gray, blue and brown.

In 2018, LG first showed a prototype of its 65-inch rollable television at CES in Las Vegas. During that 2019 show, the company subsequently unveiled the version that would go on sale and bear the R9 name. Then for unknown reasons, there was an RX model there in early 2020, with unknown improvements, and this version has now gone on sale in South Korea.

It is not known when the rollable OLED television from LG will be released in Europe. LG promised to release the model here earlier this year and then mentioned a price of 60,000 euros.
