LG will release the G7 Fit in the Benelux next month. The phone shares some features with the high-end G7 ThinQ, but has an older soc and lacks the second camera on the back.

LG presented the G7 Fit together with the G7 One at the IFA electronics fair, but did not know at the time whether one of the two devices would be released in the Benelux. Now that is known, because the manufacturer says that the G7 Fit will be released in the Benelux on November 15 for a suggested retail price of 349 euros.

Unlike the G7 One, the G7 Fit does not have Android One, but runs on the standard software of the South Korean manufacturer. Among other things, it shares the screen with the G7, a 6.1″ LCD with 3120×1440 pixels with an extra white subpixel in each pixel for high brightness. The quad-dac for audio output from the 3.5 mm jack is also present.

LG will not release its V40 ThinQ in the Benelux for the time being. The manufacturer says it will happen “at least not this year.” Predecessors V30 and V20 did come into the shops here. The G7 ThinQ has been on sale since this summer.
