LG introduces 31.5 “monitor with uhd-ips panel for 499 euros

LG has shown the 32UN650-W, a 31.5 “monitor with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels and a 5ms gray-to-gray response time. The screen can display 95 percent of the dci-p3 color space and is listed in the Pricewatch for 499 euros.

The brightness of the LG 32UN650-W is 350 cd / m² and the minimum ‘maximum brightness’ of the panel is 280cd / m². The monitor has support for hdr10 and can handle AMD Freesync. The maximum refresh rate is 60Hz. According to DisplaySpecifications, it is an 8bit panel with frc.

On the back of the screen are two HDMI connections, a Displayport 1.4 connection and a 3.5 mm audio connection. The monitor also has two 5W speakers. The 32UN650-W can be hung with a vesa100 mounting, but is also supplied with a base. This foot is adjustable in height and tiltable.

Without the base, the panel is 71.4 cm wide, 42 cm high and 4.57 cm deep and weighs 6.5 kg. Including base, the minimum height is 48.6 cm, the maximum height is 59.6 cm. The depth with this base is 22.7 cm and the weight 8.2 kg. The screen is tiltable, rotatable and adjustable in height. The monitor comes with an hdmi and displayport cable. The LG 32UN650-W is in the Pricewatch at the time of writing for a minimum of 499 euros with an expected delivery in September.
