Lenovo plans to release six different tablets in its Yoga 2 line later this year. In between are for the first time models with a 13 “screen, which Lenovo releases under the Pro designation. The tablets all run on an Atom soc from Intel.

Details on the as-yet-unannounced Yoga 2 models appeared on Lenovo’s websites for Ghana and Angola. Some photos have also been leaked via an Italian tech site. The six different tablets all run on an Atom Z3745 soc. This Intel processor has four cores and is clocked at 1.33GHz with a turbo of 1.86GHz.

The tablets have 16GB or 32GB flash storage and are available with 8″, 10″ and 13″ touchscreens; the screen resolutions are unknown. It is the first time that Lenovo has released a 13″ tablet. This also carries the Pro addition, although it is unclear what additional options this version has. The tablets will also be available with either Android 4.4 or Windows 8.1.

An 8-megapixel camera can be found on the back of the Lenovo tablets, while a 1.6-megapixel camera is present on the front. The tablets also contain a kickstand: a fold-out foot at the bottom of the housing so that the Yoga 2 tablets can easily be placed vertically on a table.

According to the German site MobileGeeks, the 8″ version will cost around 200 euros, while the 10″ would have an asking price around 250 to 280 euros. The 13″ editions should fetch 400 euros. It is still unclear whether the Windows versions have the same price as the Android versions; for the smallest version Lenovo does not have to pay licensing costs to Microsoft, for the larger models it does. tablets should hit the market by the end of this year.
