Kandao has introduced the smallest 8K 360 camera in the world with its newest camera, the QooCam 8K. The QooCam 8K fits easily in your pocket and can still record video in 8K resolution with 30 fps or in 4K resolution with 120 fps.

The camera is equipped with a 1 / 1.7 inch 20 megapixel sensor and has a ‘Real-time Raw +’ mode with which you can record in APS-C quality. ‘Super-slow-motion’ and ‘ultra-smooth’ video are also possible. Image stabilization is achieved thanks to a 6-axis gyroscope, so that a gimbal would not be necessary.

The device can be operated via a 2.4 inch touchscreen and you can also connect it to your smartphone. Via your phone you can stream 360-degree videos live in 4K resolution on YouTube and Facebook, among others. You can also edit 8K videos on your smartphone.
The Kandao QooCam 8K will cost 599 euros and will be available from December.
