The Jabra Elite 85h headphones include a built-in voice assistant. Users can choose between Alexa, Siri and Google Assistant. The former is also available via headphones for Android devices. The Elite 85h will be released in April and will cost 299 euros.

Jabra reports that the headphones use its SmartSound technology. This allows it to automatically adjust the volume according to the environment and suppress disturbing background noise. These features can also be customized via an app, which users can download for Android and iOS.

According to The Verge, the Elite 85h will have three audio profiles at release: ‘Commute’, ‘In Public’ and ‘In Private’. While users can adjust their sound settings whenever they want, it is not possible for them to control which sounds are responsible for switching between profiles. Jabra says it will look into this as it develops future software updates for the headphones.

The Elite 85h features eight microphones: two for noise canceling, two for SmartSound and four for calls and voice assistant control. In addition, it has a USB-C port for charging, a claimed battery life of 32 hours with the noise canceling functionality on, and an IP52 certification for water and dust resistance.
