ING customers are dealing with a large-scale outage with regard to internet banking. Internet banking via MijnING in the browser is not possible and the app also does not provide information for customers of the bank.
“There are currently problems with transferring via My #ING and Mobile Banking App. Do not try again.”, writes ING on his Twitter account. Many customers complain about the fact that internet banking at ING regularly suffers from malfunctions, just like other banks.
Many customers also complain that the outage occurs just when salaries are credited. The cause of the malfunction is unknown, nor is it known when it will be rectified. ING has announced that it is working on a solution.
Update 16.00: ING reports that the fault has been resolved.
