An image of a Porsche smartphone from BlackBerry has surfaced online. The BlackBerry 10 smartphone would have a square 3.5″ screen and a physical keyboard. The price would be around 1500 euros.

The physical keyboard is not touch-sensitive and therefore does not support gestures, as the upcoming BlackBerry Passport does, writes N44b. The device also has no trackpad, unlike a previous smartphone from Porsche with BlackBerry. At 3.5″ the screen is a lot smaller than the 4.5″ screen of the Passport.

An image of the back also appeared in leaked firmware of BlackBerry OS 10.3, with which the latest image is an additional confirmation of the shape of the device. In recent years, Porsche and BlackBerry have already released some devices. They were each at least three times more expensive than the models on which they were based: the Bold 9900 and Z10. The Porsche version has a dual-core soc, whose processor cores are clocked at a maximum of 1.7GHz, coupled with a working memory of 3GB. The storage memory would be 64GB.

BlackBerry has previously said it will launch the Passport and Classic in September; the first is a passport-sized device, the second is more in line with the old Bold series. Both run a new version of BlackBerry 10.
