Image and specs OPPO Pad tablet with stylus come out

OPPO has posted an image of its upcoming tablet Pad online. A leaker also mentioned some specs. The Chinese manufacturer will present the tablet on Thursday, at the event where it will also announce its Find X5 phones.

In any case, the OPPO Pad has a stylus and there will be a purple version, according to the image the manufacturer posted on Weibo. It can also be seen that the tablet will have a single camera on the back, while the front camera is on the long side. That is also the case with the recently announced Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 tablets, but iPads, for example, have the front camera on the short side. A USB-C port is visible and the render also shows a stylus with the name OPPO on it.

There are also visible volume buttons and a notch in the side. This could be for a fingerprint scanner, but it could also be an opening for a 5G antenna with mmWave support. The back is black or purple with the letters O and P on it several times.

Leaker Digital Chat Station, which has often revealed specs on unannounced products, claims the tablet will have a 10.6″ display with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The tablet runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870. soc and has an 8360mAh battery.

OPPO will announce the tablet on Thursday, when the manufacturer holds an online event for its Find X5 phones. It is the first tablet from the Chinese manufacturer. OPPO is a sister brand of OnePlus, vivo and realme.
