Gigabyte Announces Brix Gaming Mini PCs With AMD Hardware

Gigabyte has announced the Brix Gaming, a mini PC that features a 2.1GHz AMD A8-5557M APU and a dedicated AMD Radeon R9 M275X GPU. The computer is packed in a bright red compact case.

The Gigabyte Brix Gaming measures 59.6 x 128 x 115.4 mm and can optionally be mounted behind a monitor or TV with a vesa bracket. The housing of the barebone has room for an msata SSD, while a 2.5″ hard disk or solid state drive can also be plugged into the mini PC. There is also room for two ddr3 so-dimms. Brix Gaming offers two video outputs with an HDMI and mini displayport connection, while there are also four USB 3.0 connections for connecting peripherals and a gigabit Ethernet connection for communication with the outside world.
