Nintendo released Pokémon Quest in the eShop for the Nintendo Switch. The game has simple graphics reminiscent of Minecraft and will also be available on Android and iOS later this month. The game is free, but there are in-game purchases.

Pokémon Quest takes place on Tumblecube Island and contains the samples from the Kanto area, or the first generation. Players can put together a team of three Pokémon. They move automatically across the island, but attacks are carried out by the player.
The free game revolves around the collection of Pokémon and related items, and the strengthening of the monsters. The game works with touch control and will also be available for Android and iOS at the end of June. Also on smartphones the game has in-game purchases for certain items.
The Pokémon Company also announced Wednesday Pokémon: Let’s Go for the Nintendo Switch. The game appears on November 16th and has integration with smartphone game Pokémon Go.
