Download Firmware Tyan S2875 Tiger K8W 2.04

Tyan released a new BIOS a few days ago for his dual Opteron motherboard, the Tiger K8W. It has been given version number 2.04 and can be taken down from here. The download contains the new BIOS, the program to flash it and instructions on how to do this. The changelog for this release looks like this:

New features and fixes :

• Added PXE support for i82451GI/EI chips
• Changed ECC Chip Kill default to enabled by default
• Fixed 3ware card failed boot issue when 16 SATA HD’s were used
• Fixed an issue where PME# could not be disabled following a “resume on PME#” change from enabled to disabled (or visa versa)
• Added CO + CG mixed CPU support
