Download Firmware Olympus µ Tough-8010/6020 1.1

Olympus has for its µ Tough-8010 and µ Tough-6020 digital compact cameras released new firmware with 1.1 as version number. The µ Tough series focuses on shooting under ‘tough’ conditions. For example, the 6020-type camera should be shockproof up to 1.5 meters and waterproof up to 5 meters. The 8010-type camera takes it even further with shock resistance up to 2 meters and water resistance up to 10 meters. The firmware can be downloaded via the Olympus Digital Camera Updater program and then transferred to the camera. The corresponding list of changes looks like this:
