Firmware update: Nikon D850 1.10

Nikon has for its D850 digital SLR cameras released new firmware, with version number 1.10. These cameras have an fx-cmos image sensor with 45.7 megapixels on board and are suitable for lenses with a Nikon F mount. The firmware can be installed from a Windows or macOS machine and is approximately 25MB in size. The list of changes for this update is as follows:

Changes from “C” Firmware Version 1.03 to 1.10

  • The camera can now connect to devices with SnapBridge installed via Wi-Fi. For more information, see the “Owner’s Manual Supplement” that describes this feature. Before using this feature, you must upgrade to the following version of the app:
    SnapBridge version 2.5.4 or higher
  • The following issue has been resolved:
    The camera sometimes found it difficult to focus on subjects in the focus points at the edges of the frame.
