Download Firmware MSI 865PE Neo2-PS 3.9

MSI has updated the BIOS of its 865PE Neo2-PS to version 3.9. This motherboard is made for Intel processors that are equipped with a 478 socket and also has features such as on-board sound and S-ATA. Updating can be done with MSI’s Live Update software under Windows, or by creating a bootflop containing the files from this zip file. Owners of this board will be relieved, because the update now finally allows working with four PCI video capture cards simultaneously under Windows 2000. The full changelog looks like this:
