Download Firmware Asus M4A78 1103

Asus has for the motherboards of the type M4A78 released a new bios with 1103 as the version number. These motherboards are built around an AMD 770/SB700 chipset, which supports the AMD Phenom, Athlon and Sempron processors with an AM3, AM2+ or AM2 socket. The corresponding list of changes of this release is as follows:

Version 1103:

• Update ExpressGate to version 1.4.10.4.

Version 1101:

• Support new CPUs. Please refer to our website.

Version 1001:

• Support new Lan chip.
• Update ExpressGate.

Version 0806:

• Improve the system stability and performance for certain memory.
• Reduce the thermal of the CPU.
• Fix the issue that system may not be able to resume from S3 by PS2 keyboard or mouse.

Version 0801:

• Support AOD3 function.

Version 0701:

• Improve the system stability when use certain memory.
• Fix the problem that system may report overclocking failed if reboot after resuming from s3, when overclock AM2+ or AM3 CPU ratio.
