Eko Software has shown the first gameplay footage of Warhammer: Chaosbane. In a video with commentary, the makers show, among other things, how local co-op works in the hack ‘n slash game. The game is based on the Fantasy setting of the Warhammer universe.

According to the makers, players in Warhammer: Chaosbane can work with different classes, each with its own style. In the gameplay video you can see a character who is good at battles with hand weapons. The developer also shows how a second player can participate in a game session. This works at the console version by grabbing a second controller and pressing a button.
The game is based on the Fantasy setting of the Warhammer universe. The associated tabletop game Warhammer Fantasy Battle is no longer supported by Games Workshop since 2015. The French developer Eko, however, wanted to use the setting for his game and received permission.
Warhammer: Chaosbane is under development for the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One and also comes out on Steam. An appearance date has not yet been announced.
