– Make sure the camera is not connected.

– Logon as administrator

– Run the self-extracting zip file, then run the setup.exe. This installs the driver.

– Restart when prompted.

– Connect the camera (set to play)

– Login as administrator

Add hardware wizard should start and finish the install. it didn’t start for me as i had already installed the win 98 drivers, in which case just go to the device manager and reinstall the driver.
