Keanu Reeves shares his passion for motorcycles

CD Projekt Red is currently busy with the final touches to the highly hyped game Cyberpunk and a protagonist of that game is none other than Keanu Reeves. At least he’s played by Keanu Reeves. It is a special project, not only because of the hype and Keanu, but also because of his involvement. In the video below you can see how they recorded the sound of the engines for the new game. Wonderfully roaring engines incoming!

Barbie explains racism in new vlog

Barbie has been much more than just a toy for children for years. For example, maker Mattel is committed to women’s rights and in Barbie’s latest vlog on YouTube, she explains ‘herself’ how racism works. She does this together with Nikki, another Barbie, and asks about her experiences as a black girl. The video explains in great detail how racism works and Barbie and Nikki do not shy away from painful examples. Very good of Mattel for making this video. Many people agree with that, the reactions to this vlog are full of praise. Watch the vlog here!

The Mario Cafe at Universal Studios Japan has opened

Universal Studios in Japan is an enviably cool theme park in itself, but it just got even better. The Mario café is open here. The attention to detail in this cafe is truly fantastic. And even though they are reminiscent of those nasty air levels, the mushroom tables are very comical.

Fleetwood Mac returns to the charts with ‘Dreams’ thanks to TikTok

In 1977 the band Fleetwood Mac released the single ‘Dreams’, which was a huge hit at the time. More than 40 years later, the song is sung worldwide again. All thanks to a viral video from TikTok star Nathan Apodaca. When the video was viewed en masse, former band members Mick Fleetwood and Stevie Nicks decided that they could make their own version on it. Many more videos have appeared on TikTok in which the original video is imitated.

A dog’s heart rate goes up when you say “I love you.”

I just met you, but I love you. It’s a great quote from the dog from Pixar movie Up. Did you know that when you say ‘I love you’ to a dog, its heart rate goes up? Canine Cottages discovered it by tracking dogs for a week with a heart rate monitor. Normally a dog’s heart is about 67 beats per minute when the animal is just resting. When an owner says ‘I love you’, the heart rate suddenly goes to an average of 98 beats per minute. A big increase! A dog’s heart rate also goes up about ten beats per minute when you have eye contact. Would telepathy still exist?

Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence together in Netflix movie

Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence can be seen together in the new Netflix movie ‘Don’t Look Up’. You still have to be patient, because the shooting of the film will not start until next month. The comedy is about 2 astronauts who discover that Earth will soon be hit by a meteorite. They want to tell that to the whole world, but no one wants to listen to them. The director of the film is Adam McKay and you may know him from The Big short and Vice. Don’t look up has a real star cast. In addition to Leonardo and Jennifer, old others Cate Blanchett, Jonah Hill, Meryl Streep and Ariana Grande can be seen in the film.
