Asus introduces ZenFone Max Pro with 5000mAh battery and Snapdragon 636-soc
Asus introduced the ZenFone Max Pro M1 in India, which would be based on a survey among Indian users. The device has a 5000mAh battery on board and runs on a Snapdragon 636-soc.
According to Asus the device comes with Android 8.1. Asus-ceo Jerry Shen says that India is ‘one of the first countries to receive the telephone’, which means that the device may also be available outside that country. The company says nothing concrete about that. The price is 11,000 rupees for the model with 3GB memory and 32GB storage, while a model with 4GB memory and 64GB storage costs 14,000 rupees. The prices come down to about 135 euros and 172 euros respectively. Asus itself still mentions an option for 6GB memory.
