505 Games has released a mobile version of Assetto Corsa. Assetto Corsa Mobile has been available since Tuesday for iPhones and iPads, and features 59 cars and 9 tracks. The game costs five euros.

With Assetto Corsa Mobile, players can choose from six game modes. These include ‘traditional’ categories such as Practice, Race and Time Attack modes, as well as an Overtake and Speed Camera mode. The game also features public leaderboards. Users can choose whether they want to control the car with touchscreen buttons, by tilting the phone or tablet or do the steering via an external controller.

The game also includes 59 licensed cars and tracks. Among others, Abarth, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Porsche and Toyota are represented in the mobile game. Brands Hatch, Laguna Seca, and Imola are examples of in-game tracks.

PocketGamerLive played the game a few weeks ago; the game is more arcade-like than the other Assetto Corsa games, according to PocketGamer. Furthermore, in the touchscreen controls, players do not have to accelerate, but can only steer and brake. The game is developed by Digital Tales with support from Kunos Simulazioni.
