Apple will release the Watch Series 7 on Friday, October 15. At the presentation in September, the manufacturer only said that the release would be “later this fall”. The prices of the new watch are still only known in dollars.

The Apple Watch Series 7 watches will be available for pre-order from Friday, the manufacturer says. The starting price is $399, but the company has not yet disclosed prices in euros. It is also unknown what the various variants will cost. The date does not come as a surprise, because Apple partner Hermès had already revealed it.

Apple announced the new clock at the same time as the iPhone 13 a few weeks ago. The Watch Series 7 models have a larger screen than their predecessors. The housing is also slightly larger and the sizes come in at 41 and 45mm, compared to 40 and 44mm of the predecessors. The watch has an ip6x rating for dust resistance for the first time. The Watch SE and Watch 3 also remain in the range, for $279 and $199.
