Apple sent out invitations Monday to an event on Wednesday, September 7 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, United States. The new generation of iPhones will probably be announced at the event.

The presentation will be broadcast live via a specially designed site of the giant from Cupertino. The broadcast starts at 7:00 PM Central European Time or 10:00 AM in San Francisco.

In addition to the long-awaited iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, a new version of Apple Watch will probably also be shown. This makes it the first update to the smart watch that became available to the public a year and a half ago. The appearance will probably remain the same, but various changes have been made to the hardware, such as an added GPS chip, a 16nm SOC and more battery capacity.

The rumor circuit has also been talking about a new MacBook Pro for some time, but it is not clear whether a new version will be shown at the event. The site Macrumors.com, among others, has doubts about officially announcing a new MacBook Pro during this event, although it is expected to appear this year.

Also, release dates of several new operating systems are likely to be officially announced, such as iOS 10, macOS Sierra, watchOS 3, and tvOS 10. iOS 10 and watchOS 3 should be available to the public on September 16 and 23, respectively. macOS Sierra, which has been in beta for some time, may be released by the end of September.
