Among other things, he reports that the RTX 3090 Super will have 10,752 CUDA cores and 24GB Gddr6x video memory. With this amount of cores, the card would have the full GA102 GPU.
Judging by the leaker’s information, the RTX 3070 Super doesn’t seem to improve much compared to its predecessor: only the video memory gets an upgrade from Gddr6 to Gddr6x. The biggest change seems to be the RTX 3060 series with the arrival of the Super series. It would get 5632 CUDA cores, compared to 4864 cores for the 3060 Ti and 3584 for the regular 3060. It seems that the RTX 3060 Super will be based on the GA104 GPU, just like the RTX 3060 Ti, but then with more cores activated.
