Download vLite 1.1

The final release of vLite 1.1 was released on Tuesday. With this program it is possible to customize a Windows Vista installation DVD to your own taste. For example, components that are not needed can be removed and drivers and patches can be added. In addition, before installing Vista, some tweaks can be applied and settings can be given that you intended to make after installation. The result is a shorter installation time and a smoother running Vista installation. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

• Hide individual components (right-click menu)

• UAC removal (Network Center, Users panel)
• Natural Language Breaking Search
